Consignment Terms:

* We only accept items in good condition, clean and current colors.

* No Appointment is needed to bring your items in. However, if you are bringing in
furniture items, please call ahead so we can make room for you in our showroom.

* Price is determined by many factors:
- Price you paid for the item
- How long you have had the item
- How much you'd like to receive back
- What the price is to purchase your item new today
- We work with you to determine the price

* Consignments are for 3 months. There is a 10% markdown on items every 30 days.
Your item will never be marked down below your bottom line price.

* Consignors receive 60% of the total sale of items marked $800.00 or more. All other
items the consignor receives 50% of the total sales.

* Prices are subject to discount coupons and ad specials, not to exceed minimum
amount specified by the consignor.

* Checks are printed on the 15th of every month and held in the store for consignor pickup. (Exceptions are made for consignors moving out of the area, we will automatically mail your check to your forwarding address.)
